Pastor Thompson graduated from Columbia International University (Columbia, SC) in
1978 with a B.A. in Biblical Education. In 1987, he received the Master of
Divinity from Columbia International University, and he completed the Doctor
of Ministry degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte in
2003.
Born in Portsmouth, Virginia to missionary parents, Pastor Thompson spent his early years in Pakistan. Portsmouth was home base during the adolescent years. Bob met his wife Linda while both were attending college in Columbia, South Carolina.
Following college, the Thompsons married in Paradise, PA, on July 1, 1978, then began their church ministry in Reidsville, North Carolina. Following their five years at First Congregational Christian Church (UCC) in Reidsville, they returned to Columbia for seminary.
Bob was ordained in Reidsville in June 1987, and served as pastor of Emanuel United Church of Christ in Thomasville, NC before accepting the call to come to Corinth.
The Thompsons have three children: Philip (born in 1981), Cara (1984), and Jeni (1988).

Associate Pastor Howell, an Illinois native, is a 23-year veteran of the US Navy.
Bill is a graduate of Columbia Biblical Seminary (1998) with a major in Pastoral Leadership.
While in the Seminary, he participated in an extended internship as Director of Adult Education and Minister of Discipleship at First Baptist Church of Lexington, SC. He also served as Assistant Director to Covecrest Conference and Retreat Center, Crossover Communications International, Columbia, SC.
Bill's wife, Susan, is also an Illinois native. Bill has three grown children living in Illinois - Bill, Kevin, and Kandy - and two grandchildren.

Paul Cummings is a 1995 graduate of Appalachian State University in
Boone, NC, and received his degree from Baptist Theological Seminary in
Richmond, VA, in 1999. He was ordained on August 29, 1999.
Paul and his wife, Danielle, have two daughters, Molly and Hannah.
In addition to directing the Youth and Young Adult Ministries, Paul leads our Celebration Service which currently meets at 11:00 am on Sunday mornings in the Fellowship Hall.

Dr. Corneliussen, born in Utica, New York, holds three degrees in organ
performance - bachelor's degree from Whittier College, as well as
master's degree and doctorate from the University of Michigan. He comes to Corinth after twelve years at Miami Shores
Presbyterian Church in Miami, FL. Peter is a composer and has
produced several original musical dramas for his church in Florida. He
and his wife, Lisa, have two young sons, Garrett and Shane.

Linda Thompson received her B.A. in Biblical Education from Columbia International
University in June 1978. She is married to Pastor Thompson and is the mother of
their three children: Philip, Cara, and Jeni.

Sharon Rowe has been a member of Corinth for over 20 years. She
brings a wealth of experience in working with children and our Christian
Education ministries. She is married to Joe Rowe, a life-long member of
Corinth, and they are the parents of three daughters, Pamela, Kelly, and
Joanna.

Betty McGee, a native of Catawba County, is a
Registered Nurse with many years of nursing experience in various areas,
including healthcare education, public health, industrial health, and
healthcare quality management. She is a member of the United Methodist
Church and has taken many active roles in her church. She is married to
Merv McGee.
