Music @ Corinth

Music @ Corinth Reformed Church

Contemporary Worship

Our Contemporary Worship Musicians provide praise music at our
Contemporary Service, our joint services (on the 5th Sundays), and at
other times such as the Fall Festival.

Special Musical Groups

Several groups of one or more perform during the Summer months
when the Chancel Choir takes some time off.

Youth Trio

Catherine Holt, Nichole Curtis, & Erica Arthur

Teen Trio

Jeni Thompson, Brittney Ingle, & Heather Hall

Children's Choir

The Children's Choir is offered for children grades 1-5. In this fun choir,
children sing all types of songs and even play rhythm instruments.
They sing/play regularly in Sunday worship services and Family night
suppers. This choir is directed by volunteer Carol Vaughan. They meet
on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm in the Sunday School Opening Room.

Handbell Choir

The Frances Geitner Davidson Memorial Handbell Choir: 6th grade -
Adult. We now play all three octaves of Mallmark Handbells which the
church owns. Continuing interest in the choir might call for purchase of
more bells or creation of new choirs. This choir always punctuates
every worship service in which they play with a unique sound
experience. They meet on Sundays after church or during the SS hour.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir is offered for all singing adults. These dedicated
servants lead singing every week at the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
They sing unison, 2, 3, and 4-part music usually at the anthem time.
They also provide special Calls to Worship, Psalms, Responses,
Offertories, and Benediction Responses. With varying ability levels and
time commitments, we are always looking for new members to join this
dynamic group. We try to gather every quarter for a time of fellowship.
Won't you join us? The Chancel Choir meets on Wednesdays at 7:00
pm in the Choir Room.

Brass Ensemble

Open to anyone who plays a brass instrument. They meet as needed.

Possible New Offerings

  • Corinth Band
  • Corinth Orchestra
  • Instrumental Soloists
  • Small Vocal Ensembles
  • Low Brass Ensemble
